Crawlee.

Q
They are composed of pleasing colors and patterns, I agree. But I prefer the company of mallards, adult and infant, to small plastic clothes-closers. Do you feel strongly about mallards?
A

Yes, actually. I had been gifted a lost duckling by a friend… he was a very constant companion for me. He lost his down feathers and started to grow until eventually he sought out others of his species. I haven’t seen him in some time. I can only assume he migrated.

Q
Another Castiel? Strange... Your fascination with buttons is something else I find strange.
A

It has become more commonplace than strange to me over time it seems, it’s likely you will feel the same.
Don’t you find them aesthetically pleasing? I grew a fondness for them…they are inherently plain in most cases and yet I cant help but feel a sense of pity for them. I guess is is strange… but I like them.

Anna I brought you all the red ones I had.

Wow. That is a lot! Finding all of them must have taken you a while. Thank you, Castiel.

You’re welcome.
I don’t find them as often as I would like, but there are stores where you can purchase large quantities of them.
They even have duck buttons sometimes.

Yes. Fascinating, isn’t it? Some of those stores have real treasures. Have you got any for yourself?

Besides buttons…Yes.
I am rather intrigued by sewing patterns.
A shop keeper gifted me one, it was a pattern for gloves and socks, not that I intend on making either but they are interesting to study.

I’m fond of the Gloriosa type, but I really could not pick one. You know how fond I am of all flowers. Like red lilies. Cocktail twins and Blackout lilies. Remember when I showed you those?

I do remember. It reminded me of home, before all the turmoil in Heaven. It still does. If humans are allowed gardens in Heaven, I think they should be allowed bees, and and other insects.

The birds there are very loud.
If you climbed higher you could stand in the clouds.
The wetness is rather unpleasant.

I created a few storms this evening.

I could send you one to make you go indoors and ruin your outing.

These clothes are rather transparent when wet, I would rather you not, Michael. Public nudity is frowned upon in most cases I’ve found.

Where have you been, Castiel?

A tea grove.
The small backyard of a vacant house south of Greenfield Massachusetts.
A large field of wild sunflowers somewhere in a valley, although there was a storm there, and the rain pelted all the petals to the ground so I left.

A tea grove.

That is terrible.

Hello, Michael.
